We’re confident in every fragrance we make — but scent is personal, and what works on paper doesn’t always work on your skin. So we back every order with a simple promise:
**Try it for up to 7 days. If it’s not up to your expectations, get your money back.**
**How it works:**
1. Order and receive your perfume as usual, with cash on delivery.
2. Wear it. Live with it for a few days if you need to.
3. If it’s not right for you, contact us within 7 days of delivery via [YOUR CONTACT: WhatsApp number or email] with your order number.
4. Return the bottle — lightly used is completely fine, since we know you need to actually try a scent to judge it.
5. Once received, we’ll process your refund via [YOUR CONTACT: bank transfer / original payment method].
**What’s not covered:** requests made after the 7-day window, or bottles that are more than lightly used.
**Why cash on delivery makes this even safer:** since you don’t pay until the order is in your hands, and you have a full week after that to test it, there’s effectively no risk in trying a new Lanoir fragrance.
